Returns

Our top priority is to satisfy all our customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up 14 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards). It is important that you let the Narwia know about this action by sending us the e-mail (this needs to be done within 14 days after delivery).

Due to the exclusive nature of our merchandise, we are conducting pre-shipping and post-return checks.   

The items must be returned in the same shape as they were originally purchased - unworn, undamaged, clean (not washed or cleaned), not altered; items must include all original accessories including, but no limited to: tags, extra laces, stickers, dustbags, badges, lens, buttons etc. All tags must remain attached. Stone Island badges and CP company lenses must not be replaced - we authenticate our returns.

Certilogo. A few brands are using Certilogo - C.P. Company, Stone Island, Palm Angels, Off White, etc. If scanned from different locations, by different devices around 5 times, it gets flagged and shows as not authentic. That is why we may cover up the Certilogo. If you want to keep the item - you can unblock the Certilogo.

The shoes must be tried on the clean surface, the outsoles and insoles must remain clean. Creased shoes = damaged, and will result in non returnable. The box must remain undamaged - damaged box will result in 5-10% reduction of refund amount.

Return cost is responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be sent to Sikupilli Keskus. 

Narwia.com bears no responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

Exception to refund policy - Pre-ordered items. Due to exclusive order of our merchandise, we only commit to providing pre-order service with no-return condition. 

Refunds

The refunds will be made within 14 days of merchandise return, provided that all items have met our return condition. Refunds will be made to the same form of payment as originally made.
